Herts Regional College Accountancy Apprentice of the Year 2011

Congratulations go to Tom Watts who is currently working as an Apprenticeship in an Accounting and Finance role training with Coralmead Accountancy Services based in Thorley, Bishops Stortford.

Tom has been with the company for two years and is working towards the Association of Accounting Technicians qualification Level 3. Tom attends Hertford Regional College at Turnford on a day release basis. Tom successfully won two awards presented by Sue Spillar, The Apprenticeship Manager from Herts Regional College for “Student of the Year 2011” and “Apprentice of the Year 2011”

Sue Spillar presented both awards to Tom last week and commented “It is a pleasure to present these awards to Tom, he has an excellent attitude to studying and has really impressed us with his work ethic and team working with the other Apprentices, it’s a real positive!”

Tom is looking forward to finishing his final year of accounting studies in 2012. Working as an Apprentice learning on the job at Coralmead Accountancy Services coupled with college training has really helped Tom progress his career forward for the future.
